Do you sell your yarn?
Our yarn is custom ordered and produced in Arequipa, Peru. Unfortunately at this time we do not sell our yarn, but its something we would like to do in the near future. To keep updated on new product offerings, please signup for our newsletter.
Do you sell your knitwear patterns?
At this time we do not sell patterns of our items.
Do you hire interns?
Yes! Interns must be located in the Park City, UT or Salt Lake City, UT areas. Please contact us at email@example.com and tell us a little bit about yourself and why you would like to work with Sien + Co.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
How long does it take to receive an item once it has been purchased?
All Sien + Co's orders are handmade to order. Each item has a different production time. Please see each product description for details. At certain times of the year we do have items in stock and these items will be shipped within one week of purchase. All shipments receive a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your item has been shipped.
Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order upon delivery?
All your purchases are insured and packages must be signed for upon delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email with the tracking info.

Which payment methods does Sien + Co accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Discover, and also payments via PayPal and Apple Pay. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system.
Do you make custom made pieces?

How does your sizing work?
Our garments come one size fits all. We are working on offering different sizes.
What if an item is unavailable?
If an item is currently listed as “unavailable” it means we are currently knitting as fast as we can. Every garment is made with great care and takes times to produce.
TAKING CARE OF YOUR WOOL HOME DECOR
How do I wash the handwoven and hand knit pillows and throws?
Our yarn has not been treated with anti-shrink or fixing agents, please take extra care when washing items. NEVER put your wool or cotton items in the washing machine or dryer. We recommend a cool hand wash with liquid wool or delicate detergent, roll up the item in a towel to soak up the excess water then gently squeeze out excess water and lie flat in the shade to dry.
What happens if I spill something on my handwoven wool rug?
First off, we do not recommend wool rugs to be used anywhere where they might become wet; bathrooms, door mats, kitchens, outdoors, etc. The rugs are hand dyed with natural dyes and chemicals are not used as color fixing agents. If a spill has occurred, immediately clean up any debris and use a non colored washcloth or rag to blot up the spill. Apply pressure, rinse the cloth, and repeat if necessary. For stubborn stains, a liquid wool or delicate detergent can be used or contact a professional rug cleaner.
TAKING CARE OF YOUR WOOL GARMENTS
What if my garment sheds?
Sien + Co uses the highest quality yarn from natural fibers of alpaca, highland and merino sheep. The fibers will naturally shed and decrease over time once the shorter fibers have been worked out. We find that the item may shed for the first few wears but significantly decreases after that.
What if my garment starts to pill?
Our 100% natural wool may pill, as it has not been treated with synthetic coating. If pilling does occur do not despair. This is a natural process where friction causes the short fibres to migrate to the surface. Once removed these will disappear. Please use a wool shaver to gently get rid of any pilling and smooth your product.
How do I wash my garment?
Our yarn has not been treated with anti-shrink or fixing agents, please take extra care when washing garments. Do not put your wool garment in the washing machine or dryer. We recommend a cool hand wash with liquid wool detergent, roll up the garment in a towel to soak up the excess water then gently squeeze out excess water and lie flat in the shade to dry.
How do I avoid snagging the garment?
When trying on the garment be cautious of sharp jewelry and fingernails that could potentially snag the garment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Do you offer refunds or exchanges if my garment doesn’t fit, is damaged or I simply change my mind?
Each garment is custom made, so please allow 4-6 weeks for it to be hand knit and delivered. Delivery times may be longer if there is a waiting list for a specific garment. Sien + Co ships using Fedex domestically and USPS internationally. Sien + Co is not responsible for any import duties or fees. During different times of the year we do have items in stock so check each product description for delivery lead times.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges if my home goods items are damaged or if I change my mind?
Each home goods item is custom made, so please allow 6-8 weeks for it to be hand woven and delivered. Sien + Co ships using Fedex domestically and USPS internationally. All rugs are shipped directly from Argentina via DHL. Sien + Co is not responsible for any import duties or fees. During different times of the year we do have items in stock so check each product description for delivery lead times.
What is your exchange policy?
Sien + Co produces all orders after each order has been made. Occasionally we have stock of items pre-made. Because we custom produce our items we have a No Return policy. Each item is made by hand and carefully produced so that we have no waste. If an item has been damaged or defective we will accept the items for an exchange of the same style item. Any items that have been damaged or defective must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. Sale items may not be exchanged. Shipping is non refundable.
