Shipping & Returns

Domestic and International Shipping
We ship orders placed on Shopify to the USA and Canada. Fabric orders that need to be shipped internationally will require the customers preferred shipping account information. 

Shipment Lead Times
Items that are in stock ship within 7 days of purchase via Fedex Ground. All orders receive a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your item has been shipped. There are options for expedited shipping services during checkout.

Delivery Insurance and Signature
All your purchases are insured and packages must be signed for upon delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email with the tracking info. 

Return Policy
Products that are defective or damaged may be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. If we receive the product back 15-30 days of the day the order was originally delivered, you will be eligible for store credit. If the return arrives after 30 days of the day the order was originally delivered, it will be refused. Returns will require the buyer to pay for return shipping. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately seven to fourteen business days to process upon receipt of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. No returns on sale items.

Sien + Co products are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading due to sun exposure, discoloration due to washing or contact with liquids, dye-lot variations or side-matching. Many of our products are handmade; slight variation is to be accepted and is an inherent and unique part of the manufacturing process.

A reimbursement can only occur in case of a quality defect of a product. In this case only, a purchase can be returned within 7 days following delivery and will replace or if impossible compensate the customer by crediting his account with the equivalent of the purchase price. Wear is not considered a quality defect and is not covered by the warranty.

We do ship CFA's once a fabric order of 5 yards or more has been placed. CFA's ship via USPS standard mail. If a CFA is to be expedited the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.

Cancellation Policy 
Due to the handmade nature of our items and in the event of cancellation of any order, Sien + Co shall hold the 50% non-refundable deposit paid by the customer for all new buyers and expenses and outlays incurred up to the date of cancellation. For all other orders, we regret to inform you that we do not accept changes to the orders and cancellation to pre-orders.

Address Change
In the event that the incorrect address has been provided on a purchase order, payment in full on new freight is required.
